I took initiative and began working on the project's design, as I mentioned in the prior learning outcome. I made product prototypes for "Rockcity" and banners for their YouTube channel and Tiktok account that I created. I always make an effort to include all of my teammates in the project so that everyone will be happy with the design and I can get their input to make the design better. Feedback from team: ''Add more visual elements to the product, such as a genuine person wearing the hoodie.''

Throughout semester 2, I provided extensive input to students and team members on their projects, research, designs, coding, technics, Photoshop, and Blender. I tried to focus on giving them the best feedback possible and consider what I would have done if I were in their place at that moment and what should I change.
I have given the most feedback on the Eindhoven Rockcity brand guide and presentation. I provided feedback on how to create the design and what we should include in the presentation. And stylizing the schedule.
Prior to moving to Notion, we mostly used Teams for task delegation, communication, and sticking to deadlines. However, we discovered that we were unable to strictly stick to it since some people were inconsistent and didn't frequently check Teams. In order to monitor who had completed a task, who was about to start one, and who need assistance, we created tasks and deadliest as soon as we began using Notion. And once more, I had the impression that I was the only one who had initially checked and followed it. In order for my members to complete their tasks on time, I started reminding them daily to check it and to be consistent.
My goal has always been to work in the gaming industry, and I strive to learn something new every day to help me reach this goal. I've decided to concentrate on Blender throughout semesters two and three. In my opinion, learning Blender will facilitate my initial entry into the gaming industry. I enjoy drawing and making up my own characters, and the blender allows me to do it in three-dimensional form with incredibly realistic results. This is one of my key goals for this course, which is to improve my blender design abilities.
My first portfolio review went pretty nicely. The teachers liked my website design and informed me that I had a clear structure for the portfolio because I prefer basic designs and did not want to clutter the page with too many parts. They also loved the idea of me developing my own character for the landing page and provided me suggestions that I could utilize, especially for avoiding reverse engineering because I coded the website first and then designed it.
For my next project, I started with the design in Figma, followed by the code. This was due of the feedback that was provided to me. Most importantly, I kept my portfolio's code and design simple while focusing on adding additional information (learning outcomes).
For the second review of my portfolio, Frank informed me that my website navigation is unclear, with no home button or buttons for the next or previous learning result, and that you must return to the homepage and select a different learning outcome to see it.
I decided to include a home button and arrows for the next and previous learning outcomes. In this way, it will be clear how to go back and easy to browse through the learning outcomes.
Working with a group and remaining consistent is not difficult for me. I'm the type of person that constantly strives to do everything I can to aid my teammates. Prior to joining Fontys, I had little experience working in a team and had no idea what it was. After completing over 5 projects over the course of two semesters, I realized how much I enjoy working in a team. Even though I have the personality of a workhorse and always try to do more and more, even if I have completed enough tasks, I always try to help my team be in the best possible position because I do not want to disappoint anyone. I have a strong drive to lead my team, which is why my previous projects with them were so successful. For the future, I will focus on this route and do my best to always aid my team and, most importantly, to help myself learn from these experiences.
